About Sophia
Sophia is a native of the UK and has an honours degree in Ancient History from the University of Birmingham, diplomas in Crystal Therapy, Swedish Massage, and level 3 Reiki training. She is also a preferred PSYCH-K facilitator, certified Emotion Code and Body Code practitioner and in 2018 returned from 3 years in the Peruvian Amazon where she completed a shamanic apprenticeship with an indigenous Shipibo shaman and guided many groups on healing Ayahuasca retreats.

Her vocation in life is to help people find their own strength, talents, wholeness and health. A naturally giving, attentive, and selfless person, Sophia’s ability to listen and offer helpful insights creates the optimal opportunity to find and shift the obstacles and blockages that prevent people from living in this fullness and to undergo deep healing experiences.

Her core values are authenticity, responsibility and empowerment. What this means is Sophia recognises that we are all ultimately responsible for our own lives, and although she can be a guide, the healing and change is the choice of the client. Her aim is not to fix, but to share tools and wisdom in order to help the client realise that all the power lies within them. With these ingredients present, the magic of transformation, and true healing can occur.

Sessions are conducted online and last for 75 minutes. Afterwards you will be sent a copy of the session notes and a personalised action plan, to help you embody the changes and manifest them into your reality.

In readings with me, we explore questions that you may have about a particular area in your life. The cards are a great tool for helping you to understand a situation from many angles, highlighting information and key influences that will need to be considered so that you can deal with the situation from the empowered position of clarity and wisdom.

Energy healing from a distance is a wonderful way to experience deep healing energies from the comfort of your own home.

Sessions are available using Crystals, Reiki, Chakra Balancing, Dowsing or Shamanic work, depending on your needs. I work intuitively to shift blockages, restore balance and strengthen your energy field.
Sessions are booked for specific times, and include a pre-session consultation and a post-session debriefing. All you need to do is sit back & relax.
