Service Description

For many drinking medicine or going on any kind of retreat is just the beginning of a wonderful process of healing and self discovery. However, many unfamiliar thoughts and feelings can arise and it can be tough to traverse the terrain alone. With 3 years facilitation experience in Peru, and 5 years helping people prepare for and integrate their experiences, Sophia is well placed to help you land more smoothly after a retreat or ceremony, work through any issues with you and help you ground the wisdom and lessons from the experience into your daily life. Sessions are client lead and can include talk therapy, sharing of integration tips and practices and answering of any questions. Meditations, PSYCH-K and other modalities can also be used if appropriate for you.

Cancellation Policy

For 1-1 sessions you can cancel or reschedule your appointment up to 24 hours before the appointment. Changes after this may result in fees. Fees for courses can not be refunded after the start of the course.
