As healers and holistic therapists, it is easy to fall into the trap of thinking that we can heal all of our own issues on our own. Whilst it is true that we can do a lot for ourselves, there are some things that we just can't do on our own. Our systems are extremely complex and intelligent and there are certain things that require someone else to hold a mirror to before we can become aware of them. This is because the defensive mechanisms we build out of necessity were designed to keep us safe and have often been there for so long, that we just can't see them any more. My job in these sessions is to hold a mirror for you, to help you see around those corners and illuminate your blind spots and, just as you guide your clients to their truth and healing, so will I guide you to yours. I do so with the utmost care and respect and will be there to support you through the process so that you can shift these blockages for good and get on with being the wonderful human being that you undoubtedly are. And of course, honouring yourself in this way and taking the time and energy to invest in your development and care, will enhance your relationships with your loved ones and give you more energy and light to shine for your clients.

Cancellation Policy

For 1-1 sessions you can cancel or reschedule your appointment up to 24 hours before the appointment. Changes after this may result in fees. Fees for courses can not be refunded after the start of the course.
