Rejuvenating Chakra Tune-Up

Service Description

In this session we will start with a 15 minute, personalised, guided meditation that will align and balance your 7 main chakras and ensure that you are well connected to Earth, Source, and your own Centre. Afterwards I will give you a live energy reading with detailed insights about blockages in your energetic system so you can learn about and understand some of the deeper causes of your issues and have a strategy for how you may work through them. You will leave the session feeling grounded, empowered and energised.

For 1-1 sessions you can cancel or reschedule your appointment up to 24 hours before the appointment. Changes after this may result in fees. Fees for courses can not be refunded after the start of the course.
