Sophia has always been motivated to help people and lives a life of her own design. She has travelled extensively and has an open heart and mind. She has studied and practised many healing modalities including massage, reiki and crystal therapy and has completed a three year shamanic apprenticeship in the Peruvian Amazon with an indigenous Shipibo shaman whilst working at the Ayahuasca Foundation. 

At the jungle retreat centre she was working one to one with people from a diverse range of backgrounds, and with a variety of physical, emotional and spiritual ailments including addiction, trauma, psychosis, allergies and skin conditions. During this time Sophia witnessed the psycho-spiritual connection to physical health and learned many unique ways of discovering the roots of the issues and how to resolve them. With the addition of PSYCH-K®, a technique that allows us to sculpt our subconscious beliefs and programs to reflect what we most want to think and feel, Sophia possesses many tools to help you make significant shifts in your health and wellbeing and chose the path you would like your life to take. More recently she has added the Emotion Code and Body Code to her résumé, which compliment the work wonderfully as she can now liberate you fully from the old emotional baggage and clean the roots of issues, strenghtening the foundations for you to build your new beliefs, perceptions and life choices on top of.  

Sophia's understanding of crystals is grounded in both vast personal and professional experience and study. She worked for 5 years at Crystals UK Ltd, the UK's leading retailer of crystals and minerals and fossils, whilst completing a crystal therapy diploma, and the use of these wonderful allies and their lessons often comes into her work.

Sophia also offers consultations for people thinking of drinking Ayahuasca and integration counselling to people who have drunk Ayahuasca, been on retreats or who have had any other profound experience and are finding it difficult to anchor the insights, changes and lessons into their daily lives.
